蓄光纖維經染色處理對其餘輝亮度之影響

A Study of Luminous Intensity for Dyeing Luminescent Fibers

摘要


由稀土鋁酸鹽類蓄光材料所製成的聚酯蓄光纖維及耐隆蓄光纖維,探討不同染料濃度對蓄光纖維之餘輝亮度的影響,經實驗發現當染劑濃度0.1%時,兩者餘輝亮度皆下降了90%以上;當濃度大於0.7%時,會完全遮蓋兩者蓄光纖維的餘輝亮度表現,其原因在於染劑會阻礙纖維中蓄光材料吸收光線的效率及阻擋其發光的呈現;並且水浴染色的過程也容易使受潮水解的蓄光材料降低其發光特性,皆影響蓄光纖維之亮度表現。

This study is to investigate the effect of the luminous intensity by varying the concentration of dyes in the polyester or polyamide luminescent fiber that made from alkaline earth metal type of aluminate luminescent material. The results show that the 0.1% dye concentration decreases the luminous intensity over 90%. If the dye concentration is more than 0.7%, the ability of afterglow of luminescent fibers might be losing. The reason is that the higher dyes concentration and the luminescent material hydrolyzed during the dying process in the hot water might retard the material light absorption and emitting efficiency.
