耐隆6/改質聚酯芯鞘型長纖維之鹼溶除行為研究

摘要


本實驗使用複合熔融紡絲機紡製了耐隆6/改質聚酯芯鞘複合長纖維,並進行延伸及假撚二種不同的方式進行加工後,在改變不同的鹼溶除條件下,以進行耐隆6/改質聚酯芯鞘複合纖維鹼溶除行爲的研究,藉以了解加工條件及鹼溶除條件對纖維之鹼溶除率的影響。由實驗結果可得知,在固定其他因子之鹼溶除條件下,其鹼溶除率均會隨著鹼濃度、鹼處理溫度與時間之增加而有一定程度的增加,此點亦可由其鹼溶除後纖維之橫斷面切片觀察相互印證之。且除了所設定的鹼溶除條件因子之外,複合纖維不同的後加工製程亦同樣會影響到其鹼溶除效果。

In this study, the Nylon 6/Modified PET Sheath-Core conjugated fibers were produced by the conjugated melt-spinning machine, then processed by two different ways to obtain the FDY and DTY, so that the rate of alkali-soluble of modified PET in the sheath-core conjugated fibers could be measured with altering the different treatment temperature、time and concentration of NaOH .As the result of experiments, the rate of alkali-soluble of modified PET in the sheath-core conjugated fibers were increased evidently with increasing the treatment temperature and treatment time and concentration of NaOH, it was also demonstrated by the cross-sectional observation of fibers with optical microscope. The processed ways of filament was also an important factor of rate of alkali-soluble of modified PET in the sheath-core conjugated fibers.
