This project is aimed to explore the key success factors of E-Learning for medical education. In this study, faculties, staffs, and employees of a medical university with its four regional-level and above affiliated hospitals are the objects. Through the level of AHP analysis, the research finds, ”Interaction,” ”Student Attendance and Drop-Out Rates” and ”Education Progress” are given a higher weight value. The ”Course Design” is given a higher weighted rate only in teaching position group while the ”Learning Assessment” is given a higher weighted rate only in non-teaching position one. Induction process variables and output variables of six evaluation criteria, the explanatory capability reached 72.7%; which teaching position group was 81% explanatory capability, without teaching position group was also up to 68%. Based on the results, the process and output variables are the main index about the development of platform and courses at this stage.
