網際網路的興起逐漸地改變企業組織或個人的學習型態,藉由資訊科技,知識的學習不再受限於時間與空間的藩離,許多企業已開始運用網路學習來促進組織的知識分享與創新。因此,本文將針對醫療機構的網路學習議題進行探討,分析醫療機構的網路學習方式對醫療人員網路學習成效的影響,以及探討採用不同的學習評量方式時,醫療機構必須強化何種網路學習方式,以獲得較良好的學習成效。本論文將網路學習方式分成多媒體線上課程、多元化課程與多種溝通方式課程等三種方式,將學習評量方式分成線上測驗、書面報告、填答問卷與同儕互評等四種方式。本研究透過問卷調查方式,以南部地區某醫療機構之醫療人員為研究對象,來進行研究分析。根據問卷調查與資料統計分析結果發現,不同的網路學習方式對於網路學習成效具有不同程度的正向影響效果,其中以多元化課程影響最大;網路學習評量方式對於網路學習方式與網路學習成效之關係具有顯著干擾效果。透過本研究結果,期許能提供醫療機構於規畫網路學習機制時之參考依據,以建構出符合理想的網路學習環境,達到最佳的學習成效。
The advancement of the Internet has changed learning styles for both organizations and individuals. Through information technologies, learning is no longer restricted by time and space. An increasing number of enterprises have begun to employ e-learning to improve sharing and innovation of knowledge. This study investigated e-learning in health-care institutions, focusing on the influence of e-learning modes on performance. The study also examined, under different evaluation criteria, which e-learning mode(s) should be reinforced in a health-care institution to increase learning performance. E-learning modes were categorized into multimedia online learning, versatile learning and multi-channel communication-based learning. The evaluation criteria included an online test, a hard-copy test, a questionnaire and an evaluation by peers. Health-care personnel currently working in an institution in Southern Taiwan were surveyed. The results of the questionnaire and a statistical analysis indicate that all of the e-learning modes exhibited significant influence on learning performance, among which versatile learning had the greatest impact. The evaluation criteria had significant disturbing effects on the relationship between e-learning modes and learning performance. On the basis of these results, health-care institutions can devise better strategies for developing their e-learning systems.
