Usually, industries will introduce and implement several current management systems. However, in most cases, the organizations implement these systems simultaneously and separately-thus producing a significant problem for the managers and resulting in the loss of the resource usage. It is needed to integrate these management systems. Recently, many firms in Taiwan, especially the big companies, have implemented strategic management, Hoshin management, and six-sigma program, but encounter many problems during the implementation process. The present study first develops an integrated model of strategic management, balanced scorecard, Hoshin management, GE-6σ, and daily management. Then gives the examples to describe the application of this integrated strategic management model.
