奈米銀-形狀記憶聚氨基甲酸酯應用於棉織物多機能性加工之研究

Study on Multifunctional Cotton Fabrics Treated with Nano Silver/Shape Memory Polyurethane

摘要


本研究主要是利用不同莫耳比分子結構之形狀記憶聚氨基甲酸酯(Shape-memory Polyurethane)(簡稱SMPU)與奈米銀複合,並應用於棉織物加工及探討經奈米Ag-SMPU處理之棉織物其防縐、抗菌性及物性之變化。經研究結果發現,SMPU溶液塗覆於棉織物上時,隨SMPU溶液濃度上升,織物硬挺性及形狀記憶效果也隨之提升。當奈米Ag複合SMPU並塗覆於織物上,加工後棉織物獲得良好之抗菌性,並使織物柔軟度提升獲得較佳手感,但SMPU形狀記憶效果下降。

Shape memory polyurethane (abbreviated as SMPU), it is a kind of heat recoverable shape memory polymer, and can be memory the shape by change temperature. That characteristic is recovery deformation by repetitive operation. Nano-silver is a antibacterial inorganic substances, when the silver particle to made to the nano-silver, it is easily to release the silver ions and to have the excellent anti-bacteria. In this study compounded nano-silver and SMPU to pad on the cotton fabric, then were analysed antibarcterical ability, softness and the wrinkle free properties. When the SMPU solutions is coated on the cotton fabric which softness of finished cotton fabrics decreased with increasing concentration of SMPU solution. The cotton fabrics treated with nano Ag/SMPU will obtain excellent antibacterial properties, but hybrided nano-Ag also result in decrease of shape memory of SMPU and wrinkle free of finished cotton fabrics.
