Based on the importance to an organization, the present study investigates the antecedents and outcome variable of organizational citizenship behavior. Because the influence of organizational citizenship behavior on job evaluation is not often investigated in the filed of human resource management and organizational behavior, this study examines the relationships among job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, and job evaluation. Through the empirical examination, we found there are significant relationships exist on the above variables. Some suggestions will be offered for practice managers and researchers.
