為確認企業數位學習成效與確保企業數位學習活動的品質,有賴企業發展出明確有效的評鑑指標,以作為人力資源發展相關決策之依據。是故,本研究從理論與實務兩方面探討企業數位學習成效評鑑指標,以反應、學習、行為、結果和ROI等五個向度為評鑑構面,從文獻探討與專家訪談中彙總出各構面的企業數位學習成效評鑑指標以及其內涵,並經專家審查確認後,再藉由往返三次的德懷術(Delphi)調查問卷,獲得專家趨一致性的意見,以建立本研究之企業數位學習成效評鑑指標,以及,藉由層級程序分析法(AHP)調查問卷確立企業數位學習成效評鑑指標之權重。最後,發展出本研究之企業數位學習成效評鑑指標與其權重。
The purpose of this study was to explore the evaluation indicators for effectiveness of corporate e-learning. The research was based on five dimensions proposed by Phillips, including reaction, learning, behavior, result and ROI. Taking account of theoretical and practical perspectives, the evaluation indicators under each dimension and definitions were formed by converging previous research literature and the result from interview. Then, the evaluation indicators for effectiveness of corporate e-learning were structured by Delphi Method. Finally, the priorites in evaluation indicators were developed by AHP.
