摘要

本研究旨在探討音樂治療措施對改善慢性精神病患負性症狀與人際互動之成效。研究採實驗組與對照組前、後測類實驗法研究設計。研究對象爲某精神專科醫院慢性病房之住院病患，共計34位，以隨機分配至實驗組與對照組，研究期間每週四次、每次一小時、進行連續五週的團體音樂治療。治療內容包括歌曲介紹、音樂聆賞、帶動唱、合唱、分享感覺等方式進行，並於音樂治療結束後第一週內與第四週進行治療成效追蹤測量。研究結果顯示：音樂治療可以有效減少慢性精神病患之負性症狀，如獨處、躺床時間與社交隔離，增加人際互動的頻率與對週遭環境感興趣。

This research discussed and assessed the effects of music therapy on improving the negative symptoms and human interactions of chronic psychotic patients. The research applied the experimental research design to compare the effects of music therapy between the experimental group and control group. Thirty-four chronic psychotic patients from a psychiatric hospital were randomly assigned into the experimental group and control group. During the research period, the experimental group was given an one-hour section group music therapy four times a week for five consecutive weeks. The group music therapy included song introduction, music listening, song teaching, group singing, and feeling exchange. The effects were evaluated in the first week and the forth week after the therapy ended. The resulted showed that the music therapy effectively reduced the negative symptoms, such as the isolation periods of the patients, time spending on the bed, and isolation from social interactions. It also increased the frequency of patient's interpersonal interactions and interests in the changes of the surrounding environment.
