一個行動研究的故事與省思

A Story of an Action Research

摘要


本文旨在透過一個行動研究的故事與省思,闡述下列三個主題:(1)行動過程中,研究者與教學者共同進行合作行動研究,應用ARCS模式建構適於提昇學生學習動機之教學策略,(2)研究者從後設分析的觀點對整個研究過程所進行的省思與從中獲得的啟示,(3)旁觀者(一位大學教授)看待整個故事所衍生的觀點。本文從研究過程與省思中,發現在進行行動研究過程中,可能面臨的問題有三:研究目的與衍生新問題之間如何取得均衡?如何藉教室的舞台,擷取最適當的場景建構行動策略?老師如何走出教室,視學生、同僚等為研究歷程中的伙伴?此外,並針對這些問題提出看法,說明行動研究歷程中開放的態度、自然的場景,及教師自我覺知的重要。行動研究的核心在於不斷的反省,此亦教師改變及專業成長之鑰,透過本文,我們呼籲教師積極在教學中反思與加入行動研究的行列。

Three main points are discanned in this paper. First, the researcher and a teacher apply the ”ARCS” model to construct teaching strategies for promoting students' learning motivation through a cooperative action research. Second, the researcher reflects on this study by means of meta-analysis. Third, a aniveosity stats perspectives concerning this story.The researcher found that there were three problems derived from the action process. (1) How the researcher dealt with conflicts between the prior purposes and the arising problems. (2) How the teacher took the best context to construct the action strategies. (3) How the teacher viewed students and peers as the action research collaborator. Moreover, this paper punctuates an open attitude, natural context as well as the teacher's awareness during the action process.The Constant reflection is the core of action research and the key to teacher change and professional development. We invite teachers to reflect and conduct action research in teaching.
