創造思考工程化及其訓練課程設計

Engineering of Creative Thinking and Curriculum Designs

摘要


本文針對創造工學與創新管理之趨勢,運用語文性資料處理方法論及思考外化的觀點,探討創造思考工程的可行途徑,並據以設計相關訓練課程,包括個體步驟式的無我觀、擴散性思考、聚斂性思考課程設計及總體系統式的創造性問題解決設計。另並檢討其在各企業、學會、大學、研究所等之應用情形,以有助於未來創造性思考教育訓練及應用之推動。

This research focus on the trends of creativity engineering and creativity management, exploring the methods of engineering on creative thinking, then designing and implementing the creative thinking curriculum at relative courses. The content of this curriculum including free thinking、divergent thinking、convergent thinking and creative problem solving. According to the outcomes of implementation at some relevant courses, proposing some suggestions that meet creative thinking curriculum designs needed in future.
