老人安全之概念分析運用

老人安全是指老人無危險之意；即老人的心理上具安全感，危險的程度是老人可接受的範圍，老人的身體上沒有受到疼痛或攻擊的威脅，老人能去除危險或威脅及老人能預期到或是有規則可循的狀況。本文之目的在對「老人安全」做概念分析；乃運用Walker及Avant所描述的概念分析方式，統整相關文獻，確立「老人安全」概念之定義屬性：(1)老人的心理上具安全感；(2)危險程度是老人可接受或處理的範圍；(3)老人的身體上沒有受到疼痛或攻擊的威脅；(4)老人能去除危險或威脅；(5)老人能預期或有規則可循的狀況。另外，並舉出老人安全之前因、後果、典型案例和相反案例，以進一步強化「老人安全」之整體概念，並做為未來老人照護之參考。
