高科技產業員工「生命教育」之行動研究:以新竹科學園區某公司為例

Action Research on Employee「Life Education」High-Tech Companies: In the Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park

摘要


本研究旨在發展一套適合新竹科學園區高科技產業員工「生命教育」教學計劃。以問題導向學習(PBL)模式設計每週一次,每次90分鐘,連續4週共4單元之「讓心靈自由呼吸」課程,對新竹科學園區某科技公司的10位員工,進行計劃、行動、反省、修改計劃及行動等螺旋式程序的行動研究(action research);運用三角交叉檢視法(triangulation)分析成員對課程的主、客觀感受及教學介入對員工生命意義感受、生命態度、壓力事件及生命歷程等影響。以員工學習成果發表會、團體訪談、個別訪談等,追蹤員工個人的後續發展及影響公司的層面。 參加課程的學員,明顯改善與家人、同事間的互動品質,對於生命意義、生命態度、壓力感受及生命歷程等項目較參加課程前有正向的解釋和因應行為。成員促成公司成立健康議題之社團及推動關懷、更新組織氣氛等活動。 建議增加參與研究的廠企、採用生命意義量表比較實驗組與對照組之差別。推廣員工「生命教育」課程能提昇高科技產業工作族群生命品質和組織文化。

This action research develops a life education program for Employees of High-Tech Companies. Problem-Based Learning model is applied to design a four-unit, six-hour instruction program named “Eased mind and wellness”. The subject comprises ten employees representing the Science-Based Industrial Park in Hsinchu. Data and analysis triangulation were applied to explore program outcome, life attitudes, stress management, employees lifestyle and affect company’s climate and culture. The follow-up took the form of employee presentations, group interviews, individual interviews and employee’s view of life. The analytical results demonstrate that life education program can improve mutual respect and love for colleagues and family among subjects, enhance their ability to deal with stress, and improve their living role performance. The workers establish the health association and enact caring activities in the company. Conclusions and areas for future research are proposed in both the treatment and comparison groups, and the “Purpose in Life Test” (PIL) is used to verify the program. Importantly, the life program “Eased mind and wellness” can provide recommendations that improve family life quality for employees of High-Tech Companies.
