摘要

本研究旨在探討高齡孕婦獲知羊膜穿刺術至實際執行之經歷。本研究係採用田野研究法，採觀察者即參與者方式，藉由會談法及參與式觀察深入瞭解研究對象之想法與行爲反應，並將所得資料以敘述體寫成行爲過程實錄；再以內容分析法進行分析，共訪談22位已婚婦女。其結果可歸納爲：「陷於醫病互動資訊不對等之處境」、「困於母職之壓力」、「歷經內心抉擇之掙扎」、「面臨支持系統間之抗衡」、「面臨身體界限侵入與完整性破壞之恐懼」。本研究結果可提供護理人員面對高齡孕婦接受羊膜穿刺術照護之參考。

This study explores the experienced of advanced maternal age from being informed amniocentesis to actual implement. The study subjects were 22 women of advanced maternal age. The field methodology ”observer as participant” was adopted in this study. During this period, the interview and participant observation methods are used to understand the opinions and behaviors of the research subjects. The researcher wrote down as a narrative process. The data were analyzed though content analysis. Five main themes of experience were identified: enmeshing poor information doctor-to-patient, besiege distress of motherhood, experienced struggle in making choices, balancing reject of support system, and afraid of the body boundary invaded and suffering a loss of integrity. This study offers useful information to nurses caring for women of advanced maternal age and amniocentesis.
