「國際健康功能與身心障礙分類系統－兒童及青少年版」及其環境因素之簡介
International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health-Children and Youth Version: Introduction to Framework, Coding, and Environmental Factors
摘要
世界衛生組織於2007年出版「國際健康功能與身心障礙分類系統－兒童及青少年版」（International classification of Functioning, Disability and Health-Children and Youth Version，簡稱ICF-CY）。為推廣ICF-CY在台灣兒童之運用，本文先介紹ICF-CY之架構及編碼原則。此外，由於兒童發展與環境之關係密切，提供與兒童環境之ICF-CY編碼系統，應能對兒童環境之評估與介入有所幫助。因此，本文介紹ICF-CY環境因素之編碼系統、環境因素之編碼與活動及參與間之關係及臨床運用、台灣可使用之嬰幼兒環境評估工具及其信效度。盼此文能促使研究者及臨床工作者認識ICF-CY及其環境因素，用以建立台灣兒童環境因素常模，探討影響發展之環境因子，以為早期介入提供更多實証。

The World Health Organization published the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health-Children and Youth Version (ICF-CY) in 2007 for documenting and measuring health and disability in children and youth. The concepts of framework and coding rules of ICF-CY were first introduced to the readers for promoting the use of the ICF-CY in practice. Since there is strong relationship between environment and child development, providing the coding rules of ICF-CY would be helpful for clinician in assessment and intervention. The main purposes of this article were to introduce the ICF-CY categories of environmental factors, the coding rules of environment and its relationships with activity and participation, and the measures available in Taiwan for assessing the environment for children and their psychometric properties. Hope the researchers and clinicians would know the ICF-CY, especially the environmental factors, by this introduction. The knowledge of ICF-CY would help with establishing the norm of environmental factors during childhood in Taiwan, exploring the environmental factors for child development, and then providing more evidence on early intervention.
