師範學院學生體育選課滿意度之研究

Research on the Satisfaction of Selection of Physical Education in Teachers' Colleges

摘要


本研究以台北市立師範學院(233人)、台中師範學院(149人)、台南師範學院(192人)等三所師範院校共574名一、二年級參與體育課興趣選項的學生為研究對象,引用消費者行為中顧客滿意度的模式,期望能瞭解師範院校學生在體育選課上的需求因素、重視程度及滿意度,以提供將來師範院校體育課程規劃及改善體育教學的參考。 經問卷調查後,得到以下的結果: 一、三所師院學生的選課需求因素共有興趣習慣、社交聯誼、技術規則、健康機能及情緒放鬆、學分成績及心理需求等七個因素。 二、三所師院學生所重視的選課因素依序為情緒放鬆、興趣習慣、健康機能、社交聯誼、心理需求、技術規則、學分成績。 三、三所師院學生在選課需求因素的事前期望上有興趣習慣、社交聯誼、技術規則、健康機能及情緒放鬆等五個因素構面上達顯著差異。 四、三所師院學生在選課需求因素的事後感受上有興趣習慣、社交聯誼、技術規則、健康機能、情緒放鬆、學分成績及心理需求等七個因素構面上皆達顯著差異。 五、三所師院學生在選課需求因素的滿意度上僅有學分成績因素構面達顯著差異。 六、三所師院學生在體育選課需求因素各構面上皆不滿意。

The purpose of this research was to probe into different demand factors, important degrees and satisfaction degrees of physical education classes in Teachers' Colleges. A total of 574 students of Taipei, Taichung and Tainan Teachers' College were random selected as the subjects of this research. Each of them was surveyed with a questionnaire. Through analyses and comparison, the results were as follows: 1. Students' demand factors of physical education classes include interest, social, skill, health, leisure, score and psychological. 2. The selecting factors of physical education classes in order were: leisure, interest, health, skill, social, psychological and score. 3. The expectation before selection of demand factors: interest, social, skill, health and leisure were obviously different. 4. The expectation after selection of demand factors: interest, social, skill, health, leisure, score and psychological were obviously different. 5. The satisfaction after selection of demand factor only ”score” was obviously different. 6. The constitute of selection on demand factors was not satisfied by students of all three Teachers' College.
