Although sport psychologists regularly noticed the phenomenon ”team culture” no empirical study has been developed to study this concept. This study is designed by qualitative method to explore the constructs and contents of values in sports teams. Subjects of this study are two baseball teams, a professional team and a university team. Data are gathered from multiple resources: interviews, naming team by athletes themselves, and other publications. The results show 12 categories, contain 71 team values, are founded. The results explicit the Chinese culture in the sports teams in Taiwan. After discussing the results, theoretical meaning and future research are suggested.
