In our research, we use the viewpoint of team process, aiming the junior students in college through field experience method. We mainly discuss the relationship between team structure, team trust and team performance. As results show, different team structure would have different influences, including: 1. It is good for developing human trust when members compose the team by themselves, and it would promote the satisfaction during the cooperation. 2. Define the clearly norms would promote the institution trust for members, but would not significantly influence the team performance. In this way, team trust has moderate effect to the team structure and team performance. Entirely, the research results only have partial significantly. Our research provides some practical suggestions according to these results.
