本研究旨在分析大學生進行1,600公尺跑/走的運動強度,進而瞭解該運動對心血管系統的干擾情形。本研究採隨機取樣方式擇取大學健康男生31名(平均年齡21.16±1.37歲、身高176.30±5.15公分、體重71.68±8.73公斤)、女生32名(平均年齡20.97±1.30歲、身高164.34±4.49公分、體重57.31±4.88公斤)為受試者,分別以Polar heart rate monitor (PST4000)蒐集受試者進行l,600公尺跑/走時的心跳率。依據Karvonen method將心跳率數值換算為運動強度(%HRR),並且以相依樣本t-test對受試者的心跳率數值進行統計分析(α=.05),求出受試者是否出現穩定狀態,結果顯示:一、大學生進行1,600跑/走測驗項目反應的運動強度係屬中高強度運動,運動時間可持續5分鐘以上,該項目不僅能做為評估我國大學生體適能的項目之一,並有助於提升跑者的心肺適能:二、本研究受試者進行1,600公尺跑/走時的強度反應,約在3分鐘後均達80-85% HRR,其間會有約1分鐘呈現穩定心跳率的變化,並且男生在5分鐘、女生在6分鐘後提升至高強度範圍階段。本研究結果將可以做為施測者和跑者參與l,600公尺跑/走測驗的參考。
This study examined the intensities of 1,600m run/walk indicated by the heart rate in college students, and the stress variability corresponding to the intensities. Thirty-one males (21.16±1.37 yrs, 176.30±5.15 cm, 71.68±8.73kg) and 32 females (20.97±1.30 yrs, 164.34±4.49 cm, 57.31±4.88kg) of college students were the subjects of this study. Heart rates were recorded by the Polar heart rate monitor (PST 4000), and then converted into intensities (%HRR) via the Karvonen method. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and dependent t-test (α=.05). The results indicated that the intensities of 1600m run/walk were about ”high-middle intensity”. The 1,600m run/walk test might not only serve as an effective measure for cardiorespiratory endurance but also as an enhancement for the aerobic power on college students. Besides, when performing 1,600m run/walk, the heart rates turned to be in a steady state for 1 minute just before the stage of intensity climbed up to ”high intensity”. Based on the results, suggestions were made as to the 1,600m run/walk for both the examiners and the runners.
