本文主旨在探討孔子的養生思想,分為三個章節來說明,一、經由探討孔子的天道思想和生死觀,可了解孔子崇尚大自然,其順天應人的作法,即是學習天之運動不息轉化為人之自強,藉著尊生貴死的思維來追求人與大自然的和諧。二、藉由身體力行的參與運動與休閒活動,以求取身心均衡的發展。三、居家行為的養生,不但重視自體保健外,更要求符合生活禮節;飲食養生不但重視衛生及營養,更藉飲食禮節來培養德行。有關孔子的註本採用宋、朱熹《四書集注》,現代參考版本用錢穆《論語新解》,另參考與養生有關的期刊和論文。孔子追求健康人生的態度,是以道德作為一種規範,而以禮儀來做為導正行為的方法,值得我們學習。
This article examines Confucius' thoughts of health preservation from three aspects. First, by respecting and accommodating the Nature, which is Confucius' doctrine, people learn that the truth of the Nature's revolution extends to people's strife for progress continuously. By showing respect for life and death, it comes to realize that mutual harmony existed between the Nature and human beings. Second, to keep a balance between the physical and the mental situations, people devote themselves to exercising and participating outdoor activities at leisure time. Third, the attitude that Confucius pursues a healthy life is to cultivate him with a good virtue. That is, not only keeping good health by focusing on sanitary and nutritious food, but also paying much attention to housing manners by maintaining proper etiquettes.
