本研究的主要目的在透過自我決定理論的「社會情境→心理中介→動機型態→行為結果」動機過程模式,輔以休閒行為的「動機→行為→滿意」模式,以建立一個能涵蓋個人心理變項與情境變數的青少年休閒參與動機模式。採用分層叢集抽樣方式選取桃園縣境內15所高中進行調查,總計發出1,000份問卷,回收990份,有效問卷798份。調查工具包含自主感支持、基本需求滿足、自我決定動機、休閒涉入和休閒生活滿意度等五個量表。研究者利用線性結構方程式針對全體樣本進行模式估計復,再以此模式對男女不同樣本進行考驗。結果發現,修正後的「青少年休閒參與動機模式」具有良好的適合度,不過在部分結構變項的影響力上,男女樣本是有些許差異的。
This study utilized the ”social factors→psychological mediators→motivational types→behavior consequences” self-determination theory and the ”motivation→behavior→satisfaction” causal chain to construct a motivational model of leisure participation for adolescents. Using the stratified cluster sampling method, a group-administrated questionnaire was sent to 1,000 high school students in Taoyuan county and a survey was conducted. Out of the 990 questionnaires returned, 798 of them were valid. Research instruments used in this study were the autonomy support scale, the basic need satisfaction scale, the self-determined motivation scale, the leisure involvement scale, and the leisure satisfaction scale. LISREL was used to estimate the fit indices of this model and then applied the same model on both genders. The results showed that the final model fitted the data satisfactorily but there were slightly differences between the two groups.
