For researchers, the development and validation of a new psychological test/scale is a highly demanding task. A valid and reliable psychological test/scale can not only enable practitioners to evaluate an individual's psychological trait and psychological diagnosis but also offer researchers an efficient tool for testing theories and predicting behavior.
