The purpose of the study is to understand teacher work burnout. Work burnout is a multidimensional theory. Burnout has three dimensions-emotional exhaustion、depersonalization and low personal accomplishment. The developmental phase of burnout concept is from qualitative to empirical phase. According to the study results, the school can use six strategies to help teachers cope with work burnout.
