國中小師傅校長辦學經驗與智慧傳承的相關議題
The Related Issues of Mentoring for Elementary and Secondary School Principals

The idea and practice of mentoring for elementary and secondary school principals have become a focused issue recently. This paper investigated the multiple objectives, roles and skills of the mentoring measure for elementary and secondary school principals. It also described the practical process of implementing the measure. In conclusion, this paper ended with hoping the real change and improvement of educational leadership.
