本研究目的在於探討某區域醫院於92年1月起所進行的醫材物流配送流程再造及其物流委外案的經濟成效,根據研究結果分析,在經濟成效方面,自物流作業實施後,人事成本每年減少1,079,592元(降低70%);配送成本及物流費用每年增加為969,024元,庫存利息成本每年增加1,557元。在機會成本方面,物流實施後將倉儲空間外包,每年可為醫院創造1,320,000元。經上所述,個案醫院於實施物流作業後,合計每年可節省1,429,011元,庫存成本、庫存天數及週轉率在物流實施初期有增加之趨勢,但在實施6個月後,已明顯獲得控制。 問卷調查部份,書記及承辦人員對物流服務提供品質各構面因素期望很高,而感受度較低;單位主管及行政人員則著重在管理作業及人力分配,期望度值與幫助度差異最大。本研究結果期能做為醫院管理者及物流供應商改善之方向。
The objective of this study is to explore the economic effectiveness for reconstruction of medical device delivery process and the outsourcing distribution operation for one specific district hospital. Base on the study results to analyze: 1. From the economic effectiveness aspects, the personnel cost decreases NT$ 1,079,592 (70% decrease), the delivery cost and distribution cost increase NT$ 969,024 annually. The yearly interest cost of inventory increases NT$ 1,557. 2. From opportunity cost aspects, the implementation new distribution process can generate NT$ 1,320,000 annually because of the outsourcing storage space. 3. Synthesis of the above analyses, the total cost saving for implementation distribution process is NT$ 1,429,011. The inventory cost, days of inventory and turnover rate tend to increase at the early stage of implementation. After six months' implementation, it was under controlled obviously. The questionnaires' result is provided below for reference: 1. The clerk and undertaker have high expectation in all aspects of providing distribution service. 2. The superintendent and administration personnel focus on management operation and manpower allocation. Therefore, the value of expectation and helpless vary. Hopefully, the study result can provide the hospital managers and the distribution companies the ways to improve.
