具電動式移位輔助裝置之多功能輪椅開發

The Development of a Multi-function Wheelchair with Electric Seat Transfer System

摘要


本研究之主要目的在於解決輪椅使用者高處取物及自輪椅上移位至不同高度之生活週邊設施(如病床)等之不便,改良市售一般輪椅僅提供行走之功能,設計一種以電動缸、馬達和導螺桿為動力源,達到輪椅坐墊高度可自動調整及方便輪椅使用者移位之『具電動式移位輔助裝置之多功能輪椅』,研究重點主要係輪椅移位需求調查、採用品質機能展開技術(QFD)進行多功能輪椅設計規範確立、多功能輪椅機構設計與評估、使用AUTO CAD R14繪圖軟體進行輪椅改良機構細部設計和工程圖繪製、利用Working Model 3D電腦模擬軟體進行運動模擬分析,最後也進行實體製作一台雛形輪椅並進行功能驗證。本研究之完成期望能使輪椅使用者在能乘坐、能移動、能上升椅墊後,還能配合醫院和居家生活設施(如病床、治療床、洗澡設施等),方便地調整坐墊高度自行在不同設施間移位,以提高輪椅使用者生活自理能力及生活尊嚴。

This paper is to describe the development of a wheelchair system capable of transferring seat and adjusting height electrically. The newly developed wheelchair system may used to overcome the difficulties of transferring to different height destination from wheelchair for wheelchair bounded person. This wheelchair system consists of electric actuator, ball screw, height adjusting and seat transferring mechanisms. The research work of this wheelchair development project include investigation of the needs for wheelchair seat transfer, design specification identification using quality function deployment (QFD) technique, conceptual and detailed design of wheelchair mechanisms, computer simulation using working model 3D software and prototype manufacturing and testing. This system may reduce the load of caregiver and enhance the quality of life for the disabled.
