摘要


自1945年貝爾實驗室研發出以矽元素為主的太陽能電池,太陽電池九成以上都是由矽元素組成,分為單晶矽與多晶矽。但是以矽為主的太陽電池的轉換效率一直無法提升,而且所製成的太陽電池通常體積大且笨重,最重要的是需要靠補貼,無法以商業模式運轉發電。而新興的鈣鈦礦太陽能電池(Perovskite Solar Cell, PSC)不但重量輕、並可應用於大面積發電,近年全球努力研發,已大幅提高轉換效率,接近可商業運轉的程度。

The emerging perovskite solar cell (PSC) is not only lightweight, but also can be used for large-area power generation, which is close to the commercial operation.
