摘要


本研究為針對過去12年間空軍戰鬥機飛行員人體離心機訓練的記錄加以總整和分析,結果顯示中級初訓的未完訓比率最高,G力昏迷的比率亦然,可能與乘載的經驗有關。如就漸增G式流程的乘載來分析,發現鬆弛性G耐力與身高呈負相關,緊張性G耐力與抗G動作的評分呈正相關,也可能與淨體重有關。此外,G力昏迷的平均總失能期長達23.4±9.7秒,如發生在飛行中,足以導致人機的損失,此一危險性每於訓後的歸詢特別強調,藉以提高警惕,成效良好。 我國空軍自1996年起對戰鬥機飛行員實施人體離心機訓練,已歷時12年,完訓人數逾三千人次。雖然近年複訓期已延長為5年,但對飛行中發生意外事件,或久未飛行而復飛者,均須提前安排複訓。

This study is to review the database of human centrifuge training for new generation fighter pilots, in which data mining were done to gather valuable information. As a result of analysis, we found that the failure rate of G-tolerance training was highest in the original phase of middle-class training, so was the G-induced loss of consciousness (G-LOC). This outcome could be related to the inexperience in the first ridding of human centrifuge. Regarding the performance of gradual G-onset profile, there was a negative correlation between relaxed G tolerance and height, a positive correlation between straining G tolerance and the grading of anti-G straining maneuver. Perhaps high lean body weigh might contribute to the benefit of anti-G maneuver. In addition, the average of total time of incapitation lasted for 23.4±9.7 second during G-LOC episode. It is worthy to educate the trainees the risk of loss of life and weapon system during the debriefing. Since 1996 human centrifuge G-tolerance training has been mandatory for all fighter pilots in ROCAF. There are more than 3, 000 aircrew completed original and refresher phase of training in the past 12 years. At present, the periodic of refresher training has been extended to 5 years. Even so, it would better advance the training for those who have quitted f1ying for a period of time or had incident in flight.
