The purpose of this study: 1. recognized what the professional image of the insurance salesman in consumer' mind is. 2. make sure of the insurance salesman style groups which can make consumers a high degree of acceptance. Research methods include: Fuzzy Delphi Method, Exploratory Factor Analysis, and Cluster Analysis. After fifteen experts reach a consensus with Fuzzy Delphi Method, they use the Exploratory Factor Analysis toward the consumers with one hundred and eighty questionnaires. The results confirmed six factors affect the insurance sales' professional images, such as: ”appearance dress”, ”empathy”, ”deportment temperament,” ”emotional expression”, ”Etiquette”, and ”professional judgments”. Followed by Cluster Analysis, the results will divide sales professional image style into three groups: ”dress style of deportment”, ”considerate customer style”, and ”professional orientation style”.
