摘要

本研究以目前農生技產值較重要之食品相關產業爲對象，進行策略發展研究。首先透過學者與廠商深度訪談，瞭解農業原料的使用與取得來源等現況，並以策略矩陣架構，將產業價值鏈與策略型態交叉分析，形成三十六項策略點。根據上述資料設計問卷內容，後續採用灰關聯分析法進行資料分析，結果顯示「原料一致」、「信用良好」、「標準程序」及「價格穩定」等爲生技廠商採購生產原料之關鍵標準。而政府欲扶植國內農業原料產業，則以「符合安全標準」、「供貨量穩定」、「配合度高」、「價格穩定」與「品質優良」等爲最重要的政策方向。

This research focuses on food-related firms of high product value in the agricultural biotechnology industry for strategic development studies. To expose the use and the source of agricultural raw materials, a deep interview method were conducted in this study. Then we adopted strategy-matrix method to analyze industry value chain and strategic types and acquired 36 strategies as the basis for questionnaire design. The research results analyzing with grey system theory revealed that ”Materials consistent”, ”Good credit”, ”Standard procedure”, and ”Price stability” are the key criteria for the procurement of raw materials of biotech companies. ”Fulfill safety standards”, ”Stable supply”, ”Well cooperation”, ”Consistent price”, and ”High quality”, are the most important policies of government to foster development of domestic agricultural raw materials industry.
