摘要

目的：瞭解住院病人對其權利重視與獲得之差異，並進一步分析其基本屬性與重視、獲得之相關。方法：採橫斷式相關性研究，以自擬之「病人權利量表」，對臺北市立聯合醫院住院病人進行調查。結果：住院病人最重視「接受與拒絕權」、獲得最多的是「尊重與知悉權」，其中接受和拒絕權、尊重和知悉權、參與和選擇權及平等權等在重視和獲得上都呈現統計學上的顯著差異；另外，年齡、教育程度、婚姻、宗教信仰及病房科別等與重視程度有相關；性別、教育程度、病房科別等與獲得程度有相關。結論：從本研究結果可知住院病人對權利的重視與獲得間仍有顯著差異，醫院應該透過政策、制度和流程，加強病人權利的提供。

Objective: This study explored how inpatients weight and gain their rights, and characteristics associated with the attitude. Methods: We adopted a cross-sectional design and conducted a survey in the Taipei City Hospital. Results: The inpatients attached receiving and refusing as the most important rights, and gained most on respect and knowledge rights. Statistical differences were seen in receiving and refusing rights, respect and knowledge rights, participate and selective rights, and equality right Age, education level, marriage, religion belief and ward-departments of the inpatients were related to their attitude to rights. Conclusions: The inpatients demonstrated diverted attitude in weighting and gaining patient rights. The hospital should enhance patient right through hospital policies, systems and operating procedures.
