科技的發展對人類帶來了衝擊與影響,教育型態也因電腦通訊網路技術日漸成熟而有了新方向。網路學習提供護理人員更彈性的學習,也能以更快速有效的方式獲取新知,透由網路學習訓練,養成護理人員「終身學習」、「爲未來而學習」的習慣與能力。本研究之目的旨在了解不同學習環境對學習成效之影響,探討教學模式、學習者特徵、網路自我效能、網路環境與學習參與度對學習績效之影響。研究計劃採類實驗設計,針對五年制專科三年級研修家庭護理評估之護理科學生,以實驗/對照組方法,探討網路教學之績效與影響因素分析,共得247個有效樣本,其中網路組共有146個樣本,課室組共有101個樣本。網路學習系統內容包含教學網站主體、相關網站連結、電子郵件通訊、公告欄、社群討論區與線上即時聊天室,於提供學習者教材學習之外,同時包括網上溝通以輔導學生,達成合作學習效果。結果顯示,網路組有較高的作業成績與較少的作業遲交情形;此外,網路組內上網瀏覽次數與上網發言次數與作業成績呈現正相關。由學生網路上參與情形可看出學生對網路彈性、人性化學習感到熱衷;發言內涵更可見學生化被動爲主動的學習成效。以網路學習界面進行護理課程教育的成效是值得肯定的,期待日後有更多護理教育能透過網路系統來著手,以多元、全面性的來提升護理專業判斷力。
Technology is constantly affecting education. Applying internet learning in nursing education provides a flexible and self-directed learning approach. Learners can facilitate and develop the concepts of ”learning for life” and ”learning for the future” through this process. This study adopted a quasi-experimental design. Its purpose was to assess the effectiveness of online learning in relation to family health assessment courses for junior college students, by comparing the course grades of an online learning group with those of a classroom learning group. There were 247 subjects, with 146 in the internet group and 101 in the classroom group. The online education system used in the study consisted of handouts, hyper-links, e-mail access, bulletin boards, newsgroups, and chat rooms. The results showed that the internet group gained higher grades for their work and a lower frequency of missed deadlines. Within the internet group, students who logged in most often and participated in the most discussion sessions got the highest grades. The content of students internet discussion also showed their enthusiasm for the flexibility and user-friendliness of on-line learning, and the results of this study show the effectiveness of on-line learning. With these exciting outcomes we expect that there will be more on-line learning in nursing education in the future.
