摘要

在現今全球化的趨勢下，廠商間的競爭日益激烈，風險的管理也日漸被人重視。本研究的目的是以Stackelberg賽局理論為架構，藉由條件風險值理論，配合訂價合約的基本模式，發展出製造商與零售商間訂價合約決策支援模式，以探討風險對於訂價合約決策的影響。本研究發現具有風險管理值的考量時，其策略結果確實比較能夠承受實際市場需求的變化，獲得較大的利潤，進而達到降低企業風險的目標。本研究期望能作為企業在未來訂定訂價合約決策支援模式時的參考。

Under the nowadays globalization's tendency, competition between the manufacturer is day by day intense, the risk management day after day is also taken by the human. This research's goal is take Stackelberg Game theory as an construction, manages affairs because of the conditional risk theory, the coordinate set price contract's fundamental mode, develops between the manufacturer and the retail merchant the set price contract decision-making support pattern, discusses the risk regarding the set price contract decision-making influence. When this research discovery has the risk management value consideration, its strategy result compares truly can withstand the actual market demand the change, obtains the big profit, then achieves reduces the business risk the goal. This research expectation can as the enterprise will schedule the set price contract decision-making support pattern when the future the reference.
