飛安事件中不同飛行資歷之人爲因素差異探討

摘要


本研究之主要目的以人因工程學理論爲基礎,探討台灣空軍飛安事件中「人爲失誤」的本質,加以系統的整理、分類,並透過對「座艙資源管理」理論的研究,分析飛行員,飛航工作團隊及飛航組織對整體飛航安全構成那些潛在的危險因素以及彼此之相互關係。主要研究架構爲灰色系統理論,採用時間序列資料,同時選定技術層面、法規層面、知識層面、溝通層面、判斷層面和領導層面作爲主要因素,並導出階級與失事層面的關聯係數,並以相關序的結果來分析飛官階級與失事率之間的相互關。

The aim of this research is based on the human factor knowledge to discuss the essential of the「human errors」 on the R.O.C. Air Force air safety events. Through the systematical management、classification and the CRM theory to analyze the invisible crisis factors and relationship between the pilots、flight crew and aviation organization. The main research structure is the theory of grey system, using the time series data and choosing the technical level、legalization level、knowledge level、communication level、judge level and leader level as the main factors. Meanwhile, classify the relevant ratio of the different official rank and accident layers and with the result of relevant order to analyze the relationship of the rank of the pilot and the accident rate.
