建築用防火門檢驗管理制度之問題探討

摘要

在建築物的公共安全方面，建築用防火門的使用是阻止火勢蔓延的重要因素，其可以避免人員傷害及生命和財產的損失。現行的防火門市場管理制度不完善等諸多管理實務上的缺失，因此防火門的管理制度非常值得加以檢討改進。本研究採用實務訪談結果分析方法，歸納出防火門商品安全管理潛在問題，並進一步提出未來檢驗管理制度調整方向。

For the public safety of building, the use of structural purpose fire door was an important factor in avoiding injuries and loss of lives and in preventing property damage as a result of their ability to deter the spread of fire. The current fire door market control system was imperfect and so on in many management practice flaw, and therefore this management institution of fire door was worth examining the improvement. This study employed the interview method to discuss the safety management problems of fire door, and proposed that the inspection management system will carry out improvement reference in the future.
