從特殊教育鑑定看家長參與的重要

摘要


家長在特殊教育的鑑定歷程中擔負重要的責任與角色。本文即從家長參與特殊教育的類型,進一步地分析其參與特殊教育鑑定的法令來源,並論及家長參與特殊教育鑑定過程的責任,以及可能面臨的阻礙。最後,以鼓勵與調整家長參與特殊教育的積極角色作為結語。

Parents take an important role and responsibilities in the processes of identification for children with special needs. This article was addressed from parents' involved type to further analyze their participation law foundation and their responsibilities in the identifying processes. Moreover, obstacles appeared in the processes was discussed. Finally, parents were encouraged to involve and accommodate their roles in the identifying processes of children with disabilities.
