七位不同性別國中學生校園運動空間使用經驗之探究

本研究目的在了解七位不同性別且身體活動參與程度較低的國中學生在校園運動空間的使用經驗，並聚焦於體育課時較為被動參與的學生。本研究之問題包含以下三點：（一）七位不同性別國中學生偏好特定校園運動空間之因素為何；（二）影響七位不同性別國中學生在課餘時間選擇不同校園運動空間活動的經驗為何；（三）七位不同性別國中學生在課餘時間使用校園運動空間活動的經驗為何。本研究採用質性研究方法，透過立意取樣選取七位國中八年級學生（4女3男）為研究參與者，以深度訪談進行資料蒐集。每位研究參與者皆接受2－3次，每次15～30分鐘的訪談，研究進行時間為2009年11月至2010年4月期間。研究結果顯示國中學生對校園運動空間的偏好與喜歡的運動項目及空間大小有關，在課餘時間從事身體活動多受到時間與距離的限制，而無法進行想要做的活動。在七位不同性別受訪者之校園運動空間進出經驗中發現，男性學生受制於運動技能優劣影響較多，而女性學生則是因長期以來缺乏進入該場域的參與經驗及對運動空間之負向觀感所影響。而運動空間形塑技能與競技導向的氛圍亦導致身體活動參與程度與運動技能較低之學生逐漸退出運動空間中的各項身體活動。

The purpose of this study was to understand the 7 high school students' experience in school sport facilities/spaces, and how these students were effected by the regulation of sport facilities. The participants were chosen with passive attitude in PE activities. The in-depth interview was conducted to collect the seven 8th grade students' experiences, and each participant completed 15-30 minutes interview twice or 3rd times. The data collection was lasted from November 2009 to April 2010. The results revealed that high school students' preference of sport facilities/spaces was related to the preference of sport facilities/spaces and sport events; meanwhile the break time between classes and distance to other sport facilities had restricted high school students to involved in physical activities. The constraint of male participants engaging in sport spaces was their skill, as for female participants, it was the long-term experience of lacking access to sport spaces and the fears toward male users. Thus, the athletic, competitive and masculine atmosphere in sport spaces can eventually lead students quit sport participation.
