提升呼吸照護中心血液培養採集技術正確率之專案

Improve Accur-Acy of Technical of Blood Culture Collection in Respiratory Care Center

摘要


本專案旨在提升呼吸照護中心護理人員血液培養採集技術正確率,因本單位護理人員在直行血液培養採集過程中,正確直行率僅57.7%。經現況分析發現其原因為:相關採集設備不足;多管抽血之檢驗單位有試管優先順序排列;缺乏採集教育訓練;血液培養採集知識不足;缺乏操作技術稽核;對採集結果缺乏回饋。實施:抽血工坐車及記時器輔助工具建置;宣導落實標準作業;在職教育及多媒體教材設計並增設新進人員學習護照;制做彩及步驟審和單搭配臨床實地觀察。經實施9個月後,呼吸照護中心血液培養彩及技術正確率提升至97.7%,另始依療團隊能獲得更正確的檢驗報告,提供病患安全和最家的照護品質。

This project is designed to improve the technical of accuracy of blood culture co llection for the nurses who work in the Respiratory Care Center. Acc ording to observ ation of the nurses' operating technical. the rate of accuracy was only 57.7%. There are some issues to be indicated by the status quo analysis, including. insufficient devices of sample collection. no sequence for order sheets in multiple samples collec tion. lack of training of sample collection. poor knowledge of sample collection. insufficient inspections of operating technique. and feedback of results not enough. From the views of above description. there are some implements to suggest. Firstly. the devices were purchased. for example cart for sample collection and timer. Secondly, actual operating technique was performed by instruction. Thirdly. training course and media material were arranged and leaming passports for new staffs were applied. Fourthly. actual observation was combined with audit sheet of process of sample collection. Lastly. accuracy of specimen collection was monitored and feedback to the nurses timely. After nine months the rate of accuracy raised to 97.7%. In addition. the medical team can have a more correct laboratory report to provide better quality to patients.
