本文目的爲建構精神衛生護理師之支持性團體心理治療實務能力的培訓內容,以提昇護理實務能力。從93年5月至94年10月採行動研究法,第一階段爲準備期:旨在邀集精神科護理主管及教師組成核心小組,形成理念共識,擬定支持性團體心理治療爲六項臨床實務能力項目之一精神衛生護理師之培訓內容重點,並通過精神衛生護理師甄審委員設置辦法。第二階段爲形成期,建立支持性團體心理治療實務能力培訓內容、種子與實務團隊之組成與運作,研究結果:建構完成支持性團體心理治療培訓內容,包括擬定團體計畫書、團體前準備、進行團體會前會、進行治療過程能力、團體心理治療技巧、進行會後會之必要能力指標,以及定義、行爲操作及注意事項,以發揮精神衛生護理師之臨床實務能力,作爲現劃本土性精神衛生護理師培訓與認證制度之參考。
The purpose of this study was to establish clinical competencies of psychiatric mental health nurses in supportive group psychotherapy to promote the quality of psychiatric nursing care. The method adopted in the study was based on action research. The research process began with the preparation stage and ended with the formation stage. The preparation stage involved the following: (1) inviting psychiatric mental health clinical nursing experts and scholars to serve on a core committee; (2) forming a consensus, discussing contents and guidelines, and identifying clinical competencies in supportive group psychotherapy (SGP); (3) establishing an accreditation committee in psychiatric mental health nursing with the cooperation of two nursing associations. The organization stage involved the following: (1) constructing the clinical competence content of SGP for psychiatric mental health nurses; (2) building a seed team and clinical practice team in order to test and revise the proposed clinical competence content. The results showed that the major competence indicators and protocols of SGP had been identified. Pre-group preparation, pre-group discussion, process and skills of group intervention, and post-group meeting guidelines were also addressed in the clinical competence. The development of clinical competencies for psychiatric mental health nurses could enhance the capabilities of such nurses and provide specific guidelines for clinical workers in the field of supportive group psychotherapy to further foster the development toward professionalization.
