摘要

本文旨在闡述藥物成癮治療之發展及精神衛生護理人員在藥物成癮治療之角色與職責。國內醫療機構之藥物成癮治療模式以門診戒毒、短期住院治療為主，並於2006年起開始試辦美沙冬替代療法及長期居住性治療。由於藥物成癮治療尚處於發展階段，許多護理人員對藥癮治療仍感陌生，期待藉由本文讓護理人員瞭解在藥物成癮治療中護理的角色，期許更多護理同仁投入藥物成癮治療行列，協助藥物成癮者早日脫離毒品的枷鎖與危害。

This study aims to explain what drug addiction treatment is and the roles that nursing staff should play in it. Clinical therapy and short-term hospitalization have been the main strategies adopted in the past in Taiwan. Trials involving methadone maintenance therapy and long-term residential therapy were started in 2006. Because of its infancy, therefore, many nursing staffs are still unfamiliar with drug addiction treatment. This study therefore aims to explain what drug addiction treatment is and the roles that nursing staff should play in it. It is to be hoped that more nursing staff will get involved in the field of drug addiction treatment and thereby help drug addicts to reject drugs and avoid the hazards that they present.
