體驗學習融入休閒教育課程之實施成效研究

Evaluation of the Effects for the Experiential Learning Based Leisure Education Courses

摘要


本研究旨在探討體驗學習概念融入休閒教育課程之實施成效,以國立體育學院選修通識教育中休閒教育課程之學生爲研究對象,以自編的「休閒教育課程成效評估量表」爲研究工具,探究課程實施之成效。受試對象共計27位,以前、後測的施測分數,進行相依樣本t檢定。根據研究結果發現,修課學生在「人際溝通」、「生活效能」及「主觀幸福感」上皆有增進。藉由以上的研究結果,研究者針對未來後續研究及課程設計提出相關建議,希望能夠讓本研究更具有貢獻。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects for the experiential learning based leisure education courses. Participants were 27 students enrolled in one leisure education course general education credits at National College of PE and Sports. The self-edited scale was used to evaluate leisure education courses effects. Paired-Samples t test was took to examine the pre-test and post-test scores of scale. According to the results, students enrolled in this course promoted themselves in ”interpersonal communication”, ”life effectiveness” and ”subjective well-being”. Also, the researchers also made some suggestions for the following research and future planning for courses in the hope to make this research more contributive.
