桂竹葉中黃酮成份之抗氧化活性探討

The Antioxidant Activities of Flavonoids in Phyllostachys Makinoi Hayata

摘要


本研究以高效液相層析儀分析桂竹之黃酮成分,利用流動相A(acetonitrile/methanol = 2:1)與流動相B(H2O),以流速0.8 mL/min沖提50分鐘,在254 nm下可分析2個成分:vitexin與isovitexin。再以清除DPPH自由基方法測定桂竹之抗氧化力,實驗結果顯示,清除DPPH自由基能力IC50為0.540 ± 0.027 mg/mL,可知桂竹具有抗氧化力。

In this study, high performance liquid chromatography was used to analysis the flavonoids of Phyllostachys makinoi Hayata. Eluting with mobile phase A (acetonitrile / methanol = 2:1) and mobile phase B (H2O) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL / min for 50 minutes and 254 nm, the following four components could be analyzed: vitexin and isovitexin. Furthermore, the DPPH radical scavenging activity was examination to determine the antioxidant activity of P. makinoi Hayata. The result showed the P. makinoi Hayata had antioxidant activity and IC50 of DPPH scavenging capacity was 0.540 ± 0.027 mg /mL.
