淺談澳洲護理教育－長庚科技大學澳洲海外學習計畫經驗分享

國際化是各國發展的重要趨勢，推動醫療國際化也是台灣各大醫院之發展目標。面對國際化，我國護理教育期望能與國際接軌，在學習過程中強化學生國際競爭力與外語能力。筆者參加長庚科技大學澳洲海外學習計畫，赴位於澳洲布里斯本的姐妹校Griffith University學習，筆者在澳洲參與大學護理系的課程以及參訪醫療機構，了解澳洲與台灣護理教育及臨床實作面異同之處，進一步反思在見習過程中所值得學習的地方，提出台灣護理教育可以學習之處，期望能藉由本文讓台灣護理學生及護理人員了解澳洲的護理教育，讓台灣的護理教育更能與國際接軌。

There is currently a significant trend toward internationalization throughout many countries worldwide. With regard to healthcare, the majority of the hospitals in Taiwan are promoting international medical centers as an important goal. While facing this wave of globalization, nursing education in Taiwan is looking forward to making a connection with the global village, and therefore reinforcing its students' international competiveness and proficiency in foreign languages. The authors participated in the study abroad program, which is offered by the Chang Gung University of Science and Technology to the Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia. The authors attended lectures and visited a few healthcare organizations, and from the information they learned from these lectures, clinics, and shared experiences they were able to appreciate the differences in nursing education and nursing practice between Taiwan and Australia. After further introspection, the authors were also able to come up with some aspects of the internship experience that could be improved upon. Hopefully, this can provide nursing students and medical professionals with a more profound understanding of the modes of nursing education in different countries, which is valuable for the improvement of nursing education and making strides toward internationalization.
