摘要

國內目前對於遊憩設施區的相關論述，較偏重學術規劃研究，關於遊憩設施區實質申請開發相關資料，幾乎極少見諸文獻。本研究是一項作業程序和書面技術規範，提供觀光休閒學術單位、從業人員與業者，作為申請開發遊憩區完整的實務作業。本文撰寫依據民國93年交通部觀光局規定，新設遊憩設施區必需依相關法規審核興辦事業計畫，所頒佈的申請開發遊憩設施區興辦事業計畫審查作業要點規定繕寫圖表文件格式與內容，做為個案之實證研究。

At present, most domestic researches on recreational facility Plan and the related are more emphases on academic level than practicality, therefore, the important procedures for the development of the recreation area are rarely seen. This research is as a written operating procedures and technical specifications for the academic institutions on leisure and tourism, as well as the, businessman to apply on the application of permission. This article based on the provisions of the 2004 Tourism Bureau, the new recreational facilities for the district in accordance with relevant laws and regulations necessary to establish the cause of audit plans, as the case of empirical research.
