風力作用下工業煙囪共振擺動現象探討

Investigation of the Resonant Oscillation Phenomenon for an Industrial Stack under the Action of a Strong Wind

摘要


本文旨在探討工業煙囪受風力吹襲時所引起之共振擺動現象,該現象可能引發煙囪本體與支撐結構的破壞,爲避免此情況發生,應設法抑制煙囪受風力吹襲所造成之共振擺動現象,本研究探討一座目前正在使用中的工業煙囪受季風吹襲所引起之共振擺動現象,該現象已導致煙囪支撐結構的破壞,本文分析該煙囪之實地監測結果,並回顧了抑制風力所引發之細長結構體共振擺動現象之裝置,且對於這些裝置的操作原理與效果進行比較,期能提供業界在解決工業煙囪受風力吹襲所引起之結構異常問題時之參考。

This paper discusses the resonant oscillation phenomenon of an industrial stack caused by the action of a strong wind. The resonant oscillation can lead to the structure fatigue of a stack and its support. One way to alleviate this situation is to suppress the oscillation phenomenon of the stack. In this paper, a practical industrial stack in use suffering from the resonant oscillation phenomenon caused by monsoon is investigated. The resonant oscillation has led to structure fatigue of the stack and its support. The monitoring result of the stack is analyzed herein. In addition, this paper also reviews and compares the vortex-induced oscillation suppressing devices. The aim is to improve the structure failure problem of the stack and its support under the action of a strong wind.
