防堵不法份子介入職棒比賽之策略

摘要

2009年10月，中華職棒再度被查獲球員收賄，配合不法份子打假球事件，爲職棒發展二十年來第五次，即便聯盟與球團皆誓言要強化內部管理，並請求政府協助查緝，卻始終杜絕不了部分球賽遭不法份子介入的事實。本研究擬提出具體的建議，首要希望職棒聯盟與球團間能做到加強防賭的措施，再者期望政府增修相關法律以達到嚇阻不法人士涉入職棒賭博的目的，以還給職棒一個清新的環境。打擊犯罪需要政府、聯盟、球團與球員的齊心協力，球迷監督的力量絕對也會有實質性的幫助。

Fake ball games recurred to Chinese Professional Baseball League in October, 2009, the fifth game gambling scandal occurring in its history. Some native players are involved in this dishonor. Once again, the incident broke many die-hard fans' heart. The purpose of this paper is to present several suggestions to prevent and cure on gangsters interfering in the ball games. Various practical implications are discussed in this study.
