大專院校棒球選手困擾現況調查與攻擊技術評量要素之研究

摘要

本研究之主要目的為：瞭解大專院校棒球選手困擾情形，並建構棒球攻擊技術評量要素，比較不同背景選手對攻擊評量要素之重要性認同差異。研究採問卷調查方式，編擬研究工具，以大專院校參加90學年度棒球聯賽選手為研究對象，有效回收問卷452份，研究結果發現：一、棒球選手之困擾調查，排列在前依次為「比賽經費」、「比賽機會」、「學校支援」、「訓練場地」、「升遷管道」等。二、棒球攻擊技術中「打擊」、「觸擊」與「跑壘」之評量各獲兩項評量要素。三、大學棒球選手困擾於「訓練時間太少」，而專科選手之困擾達七項。四、大學與專科選手，在棒球攻擊動作技術評量各要素，其理想認同程度，差異未達顯著。五、參賽不同級數選手，第一級選手，對各項評量要素之理想程度，皆高於第二級與第三級棒球選手。六、左、右打擊選手，在棒球攻擊動作技術評量要素中，其理想認同程度，差異未達顯著。七、打擊區不同站法之選手，在「打擊動作技巧」要素，採開放式選手優於採平行式站法選手，在「跑滑壘動作」要素，採開放式選手優於採閉鎖式與平行式站法之選手。八、接受棒球專業訓練時間越久，棒球選手之攻擊動作技術，理想認同程度越高。九、球隊教練人數越多，棒球選手之攻擊動作技術，理想、認同程度越高。

The purposes of this research were to understand the perplexing circumstances of college/university baseball athletes, to construct the appraisal factors of baseball offense techniques, and to compare the differences of factor-identification among athletes with various backgrounds. The self-written questionnaire was based on the extensive literature reviews. According to 452 valid questionnaires from college/university athletes attending league match in 2001, the research results are as follows: 1. The prime perplexing circumstances are, in sequence, ”contest budget”, ”contest opportunity”, ”school support”, ”training place”, and ” promotion opportunity”. 2.Among offense techniques,” hit”, ”bunt”, and ” baserunning” possess two appraisal factors. 3. The perplexing circumstance for university athletes is ”short of training time”; there are seven perplexing circumstances for college athletes. 4. For all appraisal factors of hitting techniques, the differences of desirable levels between university and college athletes are not statistically significant. 5. The desirable levels for all appreciation factors of first-level athletes are significantly higher than those of second- and third-level athletes. 6. For all appraisal factors of hitting techniques, the differences of desirable levels between left-hand and right-hand hitters are not statistically significant. 7. For hitting techniques, the performance of hitters with open-up standing is better than that with close-up standing; for running techniques, the performance of hitters with open-up standing is better than that with close-up and parallel standing. 8. The longer the specialized training, the better hitting performance. 9. The more coaches that team held, the better hitting performance that baseball athletes can achieve.
