大專院校棒球運動甲、乙組選手心理技能之研究

摘要

本研究以甲、乙組286位棒球選手進行心理技能研究，目的在於：1.瞭解國內甲、乙組棒球選手心理技能現況。2.比較不同技術水準棒球選手心理技能之差異。研究工具為「運動員心理技能量表」，依不同技術水準將選手分為甲組及乙組。回收的樣本資料經由t考驗統計方法分析後，總結出下列結論：一、國內甲、乙組棒球選手心理技能得分的高低，依次為「可教導性」、「動機」、「壓力處理與逆境調適」、「專注」、「自信心」。二、棒球甲、乙組選手在「心理技能量表」各分量的得分差異情形均達顯著，甲組選手的得分均顯著高於乙組選手。甲組選手在心理技能得分的高低，依次為「壓力處理與逆境調適」、「可教導性」、「動機」、「專注」、「自信心」；乙組選手則依次為「可教導性」、「動機」、「壓力處理與逆境調適」、「專注」、「自信心」。

The set A contestant gets a goal in the mental technical ability of height, one by one in order for ＂the pressure handles to adjust with adverse circumstances＂, ＂can teach sex＂, ＂the motive＂, ＂devote one's mind＂, ＂the self-confident heart＂;Set B contestant then one by one in order for ＂can teach sex＂, ＂the motive＂, ＂pressure processing and adverse circumstances adjust＂, ＂devote one's mind＂, ＂the self-confident heart＂.
