本研究結果發現,大學院校棒球選手對於棒球教練的「訓練與指導行爲」最爲深刻,尤其大專乙組的選手因個人喜好而參加棒球隊,對棒球有份執著與熱愛,爲提昇團隊成績,願意排除萬難而參與球隊各項訓練,爲了增加個人技術的熟練與戰術融入團隊中,訓練過程中願意接受教練以命令或嚴厲的方式來指導。對教練在個人技術與戰術策略指導方面需求之殷切。而在大專院校棒球隊選手知覺教練領導行爲對選手滿意度結果發現:教練的「關懷行爲」能有效預測選手對「教練領導能力」的滿意度,即教練表現「關懷行爲」的次數愈多,則選手對「教練領導行爲」的滿意程度愈高。而「訓練與指導行爲」、「專制行爲」、「關懷行爲」能有效預測選手對「成績表現」的滿意度,即教練表現「訓練與指導行爲」及「專制行爲」、「關懷行爲」的次數愈多,則選手對「成績表現」的滿意程度愈高。
This study has the following findings. The players of the collegiate baseball teams were deeply impressed by the training and guiding behavior offered by coaches. Because of the preference to join baseball teams, the players who belong to the teams of level B in Taiwan collegiate baseball teams have inflexible and enthusiastic hearts for baseball. In order to achieve better results in games, players are willing to overcome any difficulties to take part in the training of different kinds. What's more, they tend to accept orders and strict ways of training from their coaches in order to better their skills and devote themselves to the team. In a word, their need to absorb the skills for individuals and the game strategies from the coaches is urgent. In the cognitions of the baseball players in the collegiate baseball teams, coaches' leadership predict and find the following results toward the players' satisfaction: Coaches' caring behavior can efficiently predict the players' satisfaction with coaches' leadership. It means that coaches show caring behavior more times and players are more satisfactory toward coaches' leadership. Coaches' training and guiding, dictatorial, and caring behavior can efficiently predict the players' satisfaction with results of the matches. It means that coaches show training and guiding, dictatorial, and caring behaviors more times and players are more satisfactory with results of the matches.
