二維品質模式在吹風機產品關鍵設計屬性之研究

A Study of Kano Model to Explore the Hair Dryers Product of Critical Design Attributes

摘要


影響家電產品之吹風機設計的因素眾多,若能在產品開發前分類出產品品質屬性屬於是魅力、線性或當然品質時,則可集中於某一品質要素上優先開發;或者當兩種產品無法同時符合技術或財務的需求時,此模式能確認出影響顧客滿意度的最大原因。因此,本研究透過Kano二維品質模式,根據需求要素之顧客滿意係數,其視為一種衡量績效的評估指標,對於增加滿意程度或消除不滿程度的影響巨細,能加以衡量該項需求要素的施行。研究結果顯示,所建立之屬性分類,可讓顧客及業者瞭解到設計吹風機時的關鍵性因素,並且提供設計者可針對指標分數較高的項目先實施或加強,以期收到事半功倍的效果。

There are many factors affect the hair dryer design. If the product quality is classed as attractive attributes, one-dimensional attributes or must-be attributes before the product development, we can focus on the elements of a quality development on a priority basis. Also when the two products can't simultaneously conform to the technical or financial needs, this model can identify the impact of the biggest causes of customer satisfaction. Therefore, this paper according to the Customer Satisfaction Coefficient (CSC) of the Kano model as measure of performance evaluation indicators can decides the design strategy of promoting product quality. The results can reflect the customer demand on the design demand, enable the goal product to meet with the market demand, and promote customer's degree of satisfaction.
